This certificate was issued under the seal if the Commission and serves only as proof of registration and not a verification of the contents of any document submitted in relation thereto.

Clearance Application (Appearance)
Clearance applications requiring in-person appearance are open to all applicants. Biometrics, including a photograph, signature, and fingerprints, will be collected in person at the designated appointment location.

Clearance Application (Non-Appearance)
Individuals who have completed an NPC clearance process in person within the last three years are eligible to apply to the non-appearance process. To avail the non-appearance process, you should use the same account associated with your previous clearance application.

• Filipino citizen working/based in other country
• Bedridden
• Petetioner (For Probation/Bail)
